In Clinic Appointments Now Available (COVID-19)

Beginning May 1, 2020 we are expanding our appointments to include face-to-face visits. We will continue to follow federal, state and county guidelines by implementing safety protocols for all patients before and upon entry of clinic.

 

Virtual Appointments:

 We will continue to offer virtual appointments if you prefer to stay at home or are unable to leave your home. Please let our staff know at the time of scheduling your appointment.


What To Expect Before Your Clinic Appointment:

You may be asked a series of questions over the phone regarding COVID-19 screening prior to entering the clinic. Your temperature will be checked when you arrive at the clinic for your appointment.


Questions that may be asked are:

  • Do you have a fever?
  • Do you have chills or repeated shaking with chills?
  • Do you have a cough?
  • Do you have muscle pain, headache or sore throat?
  • Do you have a loss of taste or smell?


Preparing For Your Clinic Appointment:

All patients are required to wear a mask or facial covering

Only the patient is allowed inside the building unless they need assistance by a family member

All patients will be required to complete online registration before their appointment

We are limiting the number of patients during clinic, which means fewer patients at one time in the waiting room with seating separated for social distancing.


Process In Place For Our Medical Staff And Physicians:

All medical staff are screened daily upon entry into the clinic, including having their temperature taken

Our medical staff will be wearing face masks and personal protective equipment during your visit

All high traffic areas of the clinic are cleaned continuously following CDC guidelines for disinfection.


Scheduling A Procedure:

We are also opening our surgery centers to appropriately evaluate patients who need a colonoscopy or endoscopy. Each surgery center will follow similar safety measures and stay within federal,state and county guidelines.
